Matte painting assignment 1 quickie sketches. Had to use a photo with that building and turn it into a painting with a fantasy theme.
I was thinking of doing another kingdom city or an epic castle thing. Just trying to get out different weather/terrain/time-of-day ideas now.
It would be great if you guys could spam me with suggestions and ideas, like - castle on a cliff in stormy weather - or something. Just no birds eye view because my level not high enough to change the photos to fit that perspective.

Why not use your strength in rocky terrains and make your building into something like that circus piece you did before or even incorporate that circus theme piece together with this? (: I'm imagining that it would look good (:
you can break the silhouette of the building if you desire...
