Lol why suddenly so much chinese stuff.
I really like china's mountains, cuz they have those epic cliffs wih trees and flowers and stuff growing out of them.

One great way to do these kind of chinese foggy mountains is to use lasso tool to do like the silhoutte of the mountain (jagged uneven outline), then use a soft brush (or get cloud brush from nigel or something) and spam it on the bottom of the mountains. Then put some branches/trees coming out of the fog
